For as simple as it is, it really is hard to top a meal like some fine macaroni and cheese. Make mine Kraft please... and none of that deluxe crap either, I like mine from the powdered cheese.

i like to make my own with elbow mac and velveeta, topped with a few salami slices when available

I like to use spiral noodles.. or those ones that are long and hollow.. (names?)... And then i add cheddar and mozza.. stir it all up after boiling the noodles.. then putting it in the oven to bake with the cheese.. I usually add tomato or onion too to this... then when its out i cover it with parmasean (sp?) and ketchup! Mmmm MMmm
