How long does the dog show stuff last, and how long is Talib Kwali's performance?

I'm really not interested in seeing either. From what everybody says, the dog show stuff is stupid. Talib Kweli is alright,but I'm really just interested in seeing the Beastie Boys. Can anyone tell me how long the dog show stuff and Talib Kweli lasts, I'm trying to get a good idea what time to get there.

its not like the beasties would play for hours and hours if there were no openers, so whats the big deal with a couple of opening acts.

The dog show is approx. 30 minutes, Talib Kweli is approx. 40 minutes.

Hey, what sort of pageant is this anyway? By dressed up do they mean something really nice or outrageous? My friends and I are trying to decide if we should go for the classy look or pull the Chewbacca costume out.

So, the show starts at 8:00 p.m. If the dog show lasts till 8:30, that probably means Talib Kweli will be on at about 9:00, so the Beastie Boys won't be on until 10, does that sound right?

The show at the Patriot Center dosen't start until 8:00 P.M., so I guess all that will be backed up a bit, the administrator said the dog show is 30 minutes, and Talib Kweli is 40 minutes.
