I'm not sure what issue you're having - they're Apple QuickTime format clips, so all you need is QuickTime (http://www.apple.com/quicktime) to view them. Make sure you're downloading the files to your system and then playing them, rather than trying to stream them.

From what you're saying I should get to them easily through Quicktime but I'm on a Mac with a mouse that doesn't "right click". I can't even click on the clips the way the instructions read... what should I do? Can they be offered in the same format as the video selection?

Yeah hold down ctrl and click over the link a right click like menu will appear and you select "save to disk."
