yeah i've been doing the remix thing for a while...
i used to be a dj for a good 10-12 years but gave it up recently..
i'm still a die-hard crate digger. always looking for tracks that i heard on the radio when i was a kid. and if hear something that sounds good with an acapella of another, i mix it on my laptop.. that's how i did this one..
i just used three programs :
sound forge - to edit and make the loops
ableton live - for the filter/delay effects
and acid - to sequence it

Neat stuff. Vocals a tad too quick, but that's a minor quibble.
The .wma format makes downloading much easier. (y)

Thanks for this, djeddy. More please! And I personally really liked the up-tempo vocals.

Forget all that's mentioned above.
This thing is fantastic. Mind-blowing.
It's a fucking epic of unprecedented proportions!
Man, the 80s-ness is so damn neat.

I love this remix. It's probably in my top 5 all-time for Beastie Boys remixes. Just thought I'd say that.
