Doug E Fresh came out and did beat box while the Beasties performed 'Time To Get Ill'

DMC was on the side of the stage and they gave him props.

Mike D and MCA's kids were on the side of the stage dancing.

Flava Flav, Chris Rock and some others were on the screen.

I saw a bunch of Hip Hop legends around the place.... my brain is just overloaded right now. I remember seeing Bill Adler.

Seth can probably help more in this area...

Apparently there were some more minor celebs in the audience- my friend kept pointing them out, but as I was otherwise entertained I didn't really pay attention.... some kid who used to be on Freaks and Geeks comes to mind... I don't remember...

I think I saw him in the floor section before the show, standing near the soundboards. I thought to myself he kinda looked like one of the Geeks from that show, but I thought it was just a resemblance..

Reminds me of the time Run-DMC performed in Mt. Vernon, NY back in the 80's. I was still pretty young and pretty much star struck by any one even remotely famous. I was standing, with my older brother, a few feet away from DMC, who was watching the other opening acts perform. I asked my brother to get an autograph for me. My brother said, "For what...? They won't amount to much..."

I never got the autograph.

Ironically, he said the same thing about Denzel Washington (who is from Mt. Vernon and was in the same acting class as my brother).

It was then that I stop listening to my brother. :D
