Anyways I'm from Boston and last night I headed onto the Worcester show to see them live, pumped as hell to see them, I watched and was amazed but one factor kept me from really enjoying myself, It was the crowd. No energy and no respect. So me and a few friends are contemplating the road trip to Uniondale to see them again. A good idea? Some feedback please.

Well, I'm from Vancouver and I saw them in Seattle and Vancouver. Had such an amazing time we bought tickets to the Chicago and Madison shows and we're taking a short holiday to Chicago, so I guess you can see that I think it's definitely worth it. I know I'm far from the only one on these boards that is doing some travelling to catch several shows on this tour.

The Boston crowd are the exception when compared to feedback from all the shows so far, so I'd say take your chances and get yerself to Uniondale.

Definitely head to Nassau Colliseum, in my opinion, one of the greatest places to see a show, great sound, great crowd. To anyone that's experiencing the Beasties for the first time this tour, take advantage. Once you get old and work permanent jobs without the ability to take days off to travel to shows, you'll regret not going...

Word up, my man Seth and I are from Maine and we saw them in June at the 9:30 Club and in Camden, NJ for the Y100 Feztival.

We also saw them this past week in Virginia, NYC, Philly, and Mass. We have Montreal and Long Island lined up for November.

We met a lot of peeps traveling too.... one guy traveled from San Diego just to see a binch of East Coast dates. Very Cool.

Very Cool.Reading your posts in the other threads, it sounds like you two have had an amazing time. I would love to have hit the east coast and done the stretch you just did. Chicago is a great second choice for me though because I love that city and it gave me a good excuse to go back.

Have a great time in Montreal. I bought tickets for that show too, but opted for the trip to Chicago instead.

as soon as i get back from VooDoo fest, I am meeting someone to buy standing GA tickets at Uniondale and I am seriously considering scoring tix to Montreal and taking the six hour road trip from nyc.

do not miss this tour if you have a chance

Once you get old and work permanent jobs without the ability to take days off to travel to shows, you'll regret not going...Hey, I'm old. :p I'm going to four shows.

It's true you should take the opportunity when it presents itself though. Life is too damn short so live it well.

Word up. People thought I was crazy to go to that many shows. I was like... they only tour every 6 years, you gotta take advantage of it when it happens.

People think we're nuts if we tell them why we're going to Chicago. I don't get that. If we just say we're taking a holiday to Chicago, we're perfectly sane. Tell them we're seeing two Beastie Boys shows while we're there and we're suddenly crazy.

Nassau will be hype - cmon its New York.
You will have to dodge the teeny bopper long island kids with their chaperones though...

I go to school right across the street at Nassau Community, so I'll definitely be there. And yes, the Coliseum is a good venue. Not as good as MSG, of course. But still...yeah, it'd be worth it to go.

NYC was the best for me because it was in the MSG and there was so many people that showed up.

Philly is a close second because we was interviewed by Mike D and we got a song request and props from the Boys during the show.

But every show was amazing.... like always!

Just take the train to the Hempstead Station. It's a 7 minute cab ride to the Colisum from there.

Where were you when hiphop died?
Is it too early to mourn? Is it too late to ride?

Hell yeah, it's worth it, I'm in staten island and we just travelled to the Wachovia Center in PA this past Monday to see the Boy's and it was well worth it, the concert was insane, the Beastie's kicked ass. We also got tickets to the Uniondale concert, and hell yeah, it's worth it. You should go bro.
