I saw it too. It was great when he said something like how Tucker is a bigger dick on the show than he is on TV.

I didn't know you could say 'dick' on CNN.

I just watched it, someone sent me the weblink in an email. Shall I go back and find it for anyone who missed it? Really, really brilliant stuff.

edited to add:
okay, here it is (http://www.ifilm.com/ads/asl/fullscreen/index.jsp?uri=/filmdetail&ifilmid=2652831)

It takes a little time to download (it's 13 minutes long) and you have to sit through a stupid Bacardi ad first, but it is so, so worth it.

That was incredible! Thanks so much. I never watch the show so I would have missed it. Wow, it's too bad that a comedian has to be the moral compass for the press these days. And how anyone anchoring a "new show" doesn't know the difference between news and comedy is beyond me.

My favorite part was when Jon Stewart was telling them that what they do is partisan hackery and the idiot in the bow tie gives Stewart a hard time about not asking hard hitting questions on the Daily Show and Stewart says, "You're on CNN. The show that leads into me is puppets making crank phone calls. What is wrong with you?"

I WORSHIP Jon Stewart!

There's nothing better than seeing Tucker Carlson PUT IN HIS PLACE!

Jon Stewart pimp slaps all right-wingers. And the best part is, he does it all in a non-malicious way. :D

Just got America: The Book. It kicks ass. Just enough actual reading and factual information to keep it relevant. Funny as fuck.

I was sad that the press coverage of this focused on Stewart calling him a dick, instead of all the great points Stewart made. But then the other press would have to admit that they're as guilty as Crossfire of hurting this country.

That's funny because when he called Tucker a dick, it was almost drowned out by the audience cheering and Tucker announcing what would come up next before they cut to a commercial.

Whatever the case, Jon Stewart was spot on. :)

Most of you guys are missing the point. Stewart has come out publicly regarding his hatred for the media many times, and this was the apex of it all.

This wasn't a "let's slam the bush guy" appearance, it was a slam the news networks on their own channel appearance.

All three networks (CNN, MSNBC, and FOX) do jack shit thats good. Fox is always called too conservative, CNN is called too liberal , and MSNBC is called both (So i guess they're doing a good job?).

Jon Stewart was hilarious on the Daily Show just now -- discussing this nonsense. I almost forgot to watch.

Yeah, I just watched The Daily Show, but hadn't actually seen him on Crossfire. Thanks for posting the link, that was awesome. I really love that he is so honest and doesn't back down from his point: so east coast, gotta love him. (y) I really do hate that show, it's completely ridiculous. Jon's right about it being theatre. Although, I have seen Tucker Carlson on other shows and he's still a partisan dick. Those people will never change their positions no matter how clearly the facts are against them.

Edit: To clarify, when I say those people I mean anyone who is extremely partisan, not just those on the right.
