For those of you lucky to have seen the boys live recently, how is sabotage sounding? just that adrock isn't quite as hyper in the mellow age of hmmm 37/38 just wandering is e kinda restained doing the vocals or is it full out 'your all in my face!!!'

cheers

dave

look forward to watching it on the dvd!

well let me tell you horovitz is just as hyper now as he's always been (with the exception of most cyh & ic shows :o)

more energy involved now than during the hello nasty shows.

good shit (y)

but hmmm...lets use the so watcha want performance w/ cypress hill on the sabotage vid from 94', he was extreme hyper back then! seemed like the last tune of that show though and i can't compare it with other performances from that topur cos i haven't seen any.

i didnt so much mean like real mellow or anything, just from the vegas show on tv seemed i lil bit more chilled (maybe just me). thanks for your response though and i'll take your word on it. oh and thanks for the help you gave me with the nt search shit stuck on my computer, it was causing all types of other problems i thought were unrelated.

yeah he used to scream a lot. i personally liked that better but it doesn't really have to do with having energy or not. cause if you look at sure shot live at snl 94 for instance, he's really loud and shit, but isn't "jumping around" as in being insanly energetic. so the thing that has changed is the voice basically, and not the energy. though i have to say that during the check your head era shows he did jump around like a nut.

yeah watching/listening to that eary 90's stuff makes you wonder whether mca and mike d were slipping something into his pre gig drink!

i llok forward to seeing mr horowitz in london if i sort out this ticket, or better still reading festival if they play it...here's hoping

Sabotage was dope last night. In your face, very loud.

Adrock was great last night. Unbelievable energy. In the break during Open Letter, he was walking around and screaming "NEW YORK CITY!!" With no mic. It was chilling.

He danced his ass of last night and was great during the instrumentals.

He danced like a fucking maniac at the Philly show, too. And it was hot. :o

He tore it up on Sabotage in Philly. Rest assured, he can still rock it.

Well I have to say that.....the Beastie Boys rocked. Adrock was going crazy and I thought Sabotage was the best part of the show. I know he's still got it!!!

actually no i had a friend who was sorting them out but that kinda fell through. so yeah if i could sort something out with you that'd be crazy, thats if you've still got the two spare. if not no worries, but yeah looking at other possibilities now!

could you please pm me with any information you can give? but yeah if something could get sorted that'd be great!
