I can't trace the location because I loose the IP packets in Englewood Colorado which means that I couldn't do a full search because of the IP that they are using.

AOL is similar to this. Someone can tell me they are in LA and when I do a search it might say Virginia because that's where AOL is based.

YES, when I do a search for IP's their names come up but so do two others. I could ban someone and if their IP matched someone elses I could end up banning the other by accident.
