Is Mike able to go on a tour? He looks as if he is not well. I was at the Vellodrome, the Tivoli, the Astoria, Glastonbury, and the Saltair circa 94-95 and he had meat on his bones and life in his face. Adam and Adam need to step up to the plate on this one--this is a human being. How can you possibly have tour dates coming up? It is morally reprehensible to be a part of a tour with that man in that condition. What responsibility did the rest of Jerry Garcia's band and hanger's-on have to him? Why did the Dead keep touring? People are selling their souls to keep these touring machines going.

I don't know, but if not, whoever is filling in for him looks and sounds a lot like him.

Oh damn, will the burning question, "what is the source of his anger?" never be answered now? Ah, farewell, anger, we barely knew ye...

Sometimes people say somebody does not look well or appears thin but really they are sugar-coating the word they really mean. Like maybe what they really mean is strung-out.

Who the hell are you and what gives you the right to make assumptions?? You know what they say about assuming.......... wait, you've already made an ass of yourself.

When I saw him in Worcester he did look like an AIDS patient. Seriously, he didn't look well. Maybe it's his age and the fact he is a vegan.

I never saw a vegan in their 40's look like this, but being concerned is not our concern, right? Our concern is that the Beasties keeping on cranking out music and touring no matter what. We just need one more show, correct?

a lot of my friends have said mike doesnt look well. all i can say is this, i hope he is fine, he had plenty of energy in ft. lauderdale, as he did at all the shows im assuming.
also if mike was terminaly ill (sp), i would hope he would make a statement about it because a lot of people listen to what they have to say.
but again, lets hope everyone is healthy and happy and having fun.....

I don't understand, he might look skinny for American standards, but i cant see it from an European (dutch) point of view. Might be because he is tall too, cuz i dont think hes that much thinner then Yauch and in particilary Horovitz.
