help with posting photos

ok i really did look through the threads and couldn't find one that would help me post pictures. i have a mac, and i just don't know how to do it, can anyone help? :confused:

1) Upload your photo files to a webserver. If they're not already online.

2) Go to the Sure Shots forum, and post your image(s) by placing the and tags around your photo URL(s).

Done. It's already in the BeastieBoys.com FAQ (http://www.beastieboys.com/beasties.php) but I guess a lot of people don't read that.
