Did Saddam have WMD when Bush Sr. was in office? People like to toss the ball to Clinton saying "CLINTON THOUGHT IRAQ HAD NUKES!!!!!!" well, what about the guy before him who could have taken Saddam out? Was Saddam a meany only when Clinton was in office?

Why didn't Bush Sr. take Saddam out? What did he think would happen if he did? What did the generals say about the Presidents descision?
