I really don't care, 'cause they're so delicious.
2-4 table spoons extra virgin olive oil
Half an onion (thick slices)
1/2 a cup of frozen/canned green chili
A few dashes of pepper
A few dashes of meat tenderizer
A few dashes of salt
1 large potato skinned and diced.
2 large garlic cloves crushed (roasted preferred)
Heat olive-oil in medium sized pan over high heat. Sizzle onion slices, green chili, garlic and potatoes in pan. Add a few dashes of pepper and salt to taste. Set aside when onions become tender. Now put 2-3 pork chops in pan. dash with meat tenderizer. Let those bitches brown and turn that stuff over. Dash the other side with meat tenderizer as well.
Reduce heat. Pour in onions, green chili, garlic and potatoes mixture over porkchops. Cover the pan and let that sucker cook for a good 5-8 minutes or until potatoes are moderately soft. Take that sucker away from the heat... then serve 'er and enjoy.
