thank you TRE. but lj only allows a max size of 40kb and unfortantly your icons are around 68kb. Is there anyway you can make them smaller but still keep them at 100x100?

I usually resave them as a .png and that takes a huge amount of the file size away. That way you can decide on your own how much quality and resolution you want to keep.

If you don't know how to do this I can do it and send them to you privately.

ok ok i'll post lower resolution icons on gratitude, but ya gotta wait until tomorrow I have to go work on a website right now for a client.

i guess i thought more people had graphics programs.

Does Anybody know how to reduce the kb of animated avatars, like this one, but not change the size or stop it from being animated? I already tried turning it to .PNG but it stopped being animated, i was only able to change the KB of 5 of the animated avatars on the previous page, including the one i'm using now. :confused:

Ok people's, I've recentley discovered this WONDERFUL invention called photoshop lol. i've been going crazy making all these avatars. they're actually kinda fun. So I thought I'd share um with you.
