I need to know how to post pictures from my photoshop on to Sure Shots
and even if I do have a web host what do I do to import pictures onto my web host. If you need to know which host it is...it's called Tripod.

You upload your photos to your host either using FTP (Google this for assistance) or via the host's own uploading mechanism, such as through a webpage interface. Check with Tripod to see which method they use.
