I am ready to see the first millionaire celebrity who has benefitted from W's Tax Cuts yet opposed him in the elections to return their tax savings to the IRS/US Treasury, and this includes the Beastie Boys.....

What about giving it to charity, instead of funding Bush's tyranny that they were opposed to anyway?

I imagine that France, Germany, the UN, and indeed the rest of the entire world will simply get on with things. Of course, we will all have to live with the threat of a pre-emptive strike for the next four years, given the manner in which Americans have approved the policy of bombing the shit out of random countries. Apart from that, though, probably not much will change for the rest of us.
