In the next 4 years I foresee a tax over hall, a chance to invest our social sec as we see fit, reduction of troops in the middle east to 35,000 as a perma base is established and the middle east begins its slow walk towards democracy....
I am disappointed the Beastie Boys resorted to using their status with us to try to push the Kerry agenda. Wearing a shirt that says f bush in concert and sending out an email the day before the election telling us to vote for Kerry is really sad.
I would like the boys to stay out of politics and do what they do best...make music.

well judging by all the threads on this forum where everyone is going back and fourth about the election, people will continue. That is what I meant so bite me. Some people on this board have no personality or sense of humor....

And are you going to be a good, patriotic American, enlist, fight the good fight and win hearts and minds in Iraq?

What are you talking about? I did the "What do you call a woman with two black eyes" joke just the other day.
And Whois mocked a chap whose kid died.
Oh, and I laughed my asses off at the yanks dooming themselves.
Personally, I didn't find the 100,000 Iraqis as funny, but that is only because the statistic is so impersonal, there is not a lot to work with.

Are you fucking serious? Are you forgetting where you live? This is America and people have freedoms and can express their opinions however they want. And if you can't seperate the politics from the music than change the fucking CD.

you would like the boys to stay out of politics, but they won't. So stop whining. If they supported President Bush I am sure you'd be singing a different tune. And if not, I will further state that every American has a right to speak out their opinions, famous or not, musicians or not, etc. If you don't like it, don't listen.
