What's going on?

On Sept. 27th i ordered some stuff from your store online and i haven't received yet.. not even an email telling me what's up whit my order, now.. In my paypal account appears to be that you guys charged me for the stuff, now this is what the USPS is trying to tell me:

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on September 28, 2004 to expect your package for mailing. No further information is available for this item.

You will need to send a message to the people who run the store in order to find out what is happening.

To do that, go to the Online Store. On the left-hand side, click on the 'Order Inquiries' button. Fill out all fields, submit and you'll be hearing from someone who knows what's going on shortly.
