This is how I make my Mashpotatos and belive me they are AMAZING

ok make MashPotatos like you normally do but when your done boiling the potatos put some water that you boiled them in a cup after your done mashing them stir it and there you go!!

Belive me I have never had anything better than this! (y) (y) (y)

don't drain completely; leave a little of the water from boiling (less than 1/4 cup)

mash with:

butter (about 1/3 of a stick)
milk (less than 1/4 cup)
sour cream (approx 3 TBSP)
cream cheese (approx 3 TBSP)

the above amounts all depend on how much you are making, of course

ask Dr Deaf; my mashed potatoes kick ass

I either make them with sour cream or instead with cheese. It is so good with cheese.

Consider adding roasted garlic and/or fresh chopped rosemary.

My mother used to make mP that she added milk to them for creaminess..
you can leave some peels on as well and that is great.
I add salt and pepper and lawerys season salt for that.. italian season works well with it too.. all of the above only if you are really brave.

i just use butter and milk (no water!!!!) and then when i serve it on my plate i add salt n pepper

if you want them really soft and stuff use a food processor to blend them

Grate a teeny lickle bit of nutmeg! My friend always did that and I didn't like it at first, but now I can't make mine without.
