If Kerry would have won, would you be on here saying, "I told you homos Kery would win. Now you Bush supporters can suck a big fat democratic dick. 4 years of you kissing my ass and loving it."

Just curious.

I'd be lamenting that the US lucked out again. Fortunately, the hicks did not get protected from themselves this time, and are gonna learn just how costly their mistake was.

As a Kerry supporter, I realize how the country is still really divided. I'd be pissed if Kerry thought this was a green light or mandate to go ape $hit left.

It would have been a good balance of power with a republican congress and a dem. President. In the middle is where it would have had to be.

Instead, its very right.

Nobody won big or lost big enough to tell someone "kiss my a$$" etc.

Well, I wouldn't be looking for a home in Canada for one. I think some "I told you so"'s would have been in order. However, they would have been deserved. Where as I think most of us left leaning people usually tried to make a coherent logical argument with the right, the same with a couple of exceptions can not be said for the right. It goes back to that intelligence thing that has been touched on. Personally, I tend to be gracious in these situations , but I couldn't speak for everyone on this board.

If Kerry had won, I doubt I'd be rubbing it in anyone's faces.

I also believe that the fears of those Bush supporters would have turned out to be false -- Kerry would handle Iraq at least as well as W, the majority would not be impacted by a tax increase, and no hetero marriages would be terminated for lack of samesexness.

Big difference is Kerry supporters can't go to a right wing board and gloat without being kicked off.
Yet bushites are tolerated here as well as most other left wing sites.

The bushys may be gloating now but just wait till their taxes go sky high and they or their kids get draft notices in the mail

Well to be fair- a lot of people here will put you on ignore if they don't agree with you.

I don't think Kerry is a true leftist liberal but I think he would be more to the left than Clinton. Well, I only guess since we'll never know how he would have behaved.

Clinton was a true moderate.

My comment was just the opposite in reflecting on what Bush is doing now. He is going to go ape $hit to the right. Just like he has before but more so.

Are you going to cry? It is not the same idiot. We don't HAVE to listen to you, if that is what you are trying to argue.
