Exactly why is Obama so well positioned to be President? I mean, what has really done? I have nothing against the guy...but he's a freshman Senator, and everyone has been talking presidential candidate since almost day one.

This was kinda of a silly thread when I made it back in 04 so I wouldn't take me too seriously. I just thought'd be interesting to bump this.

Even six months ago, I didn't think he could win. That's why no one pays me for my commentary. :p

I thought that the people of the US were too racist, I honestly did. I'm so glad I was wrong.

I also figured that he was too green and would make some big mistakes. He never made any. The guy is completely unique in politics. I suppose that he spent his whole life having to be perfect to get into Harvard, be in charge of law review, etc. made him more able.

I still have to pinch myself.

Wonderful night last night. A giant hurdle for this nation. Some negativity crept in last night at work from the usual suspects but my family is happy and that's what really matters here, that's my answer and I'm sticking to it.

Nope I won't be turned around, I'm going to stand my ground.
