Rome tickets - not on sale yet!?!

The news section said that tickets would be on sale last friday at 10 am but still nothing....

Can somebody tell us when will they be? The venue is quite small and since I'm preparing the trip to Rome from Milan I'd to know if I'm going to have a ticket...!

today is november 8th, it's only 9 days to the gig (confirmed, indeed...) which is probably gonna be witnessed by a stars crowd only...

they are waiting for the go-ahead from clearchannel italy.
according to the latter, the gig is not yet 100% about to happen, despite what the official bb site claim.
something weird is going on...
wouldn't like to discover that nearly all the tickets are in mtv's pocket...

this is my opinion:
the tickets could be sell the same night..or a couple of days before in Rome.
the Horus club is not that big..i think a little bit more than 1000 people..
(the fact is that the same night other bands perform in Rome because of the MTV event: for example Franz Ferdinand are for free!!)

I really would love to go, there's some really cheap flights by Ryanair on those dates. I checked on the map, the venue is quite far away from the city, does the underground run there? I know a really cheap hotel just by the railway station, but haven't checked if there's rooms free then (because of MTV VMA's it might be difficult to find a free room). I really can't afford to do this, especially after buying the Sounds of Science vinyl box (but it was a once in a lifetime chance to get it here in Sweden), but if the gig is free as well, well, temptation is waaay too big! And as the rest of the tour starts exactly the same time as my school so I wouldn't be able to make any of those gigs...

to everybody: you can get the tickets in Rome at the FootLoker in via del Corso 39/40, from 3 pm wed the 17th..
there will be 100 tickets aviable..and everybody can buy just one ticket

to be honest, I guess a free club gig would not allow us to be there as you probably should compete with teenagers getting tickets through mtv's broadcasting/events...
but I'll be in milan, no doubt.

it says the rome gig has something to do with mtv.
it is in the pollination week mainframe. it sucks.

all'interno del villaggio v'è una tensostruttura per qualche migliaio di persone.
ma non saprei esattamente quante, e non credo ci sia un limite tassativo.
non capisco il tuo punto, laura: il biglietto costa 6 euro invece di 30. non paghi prevendita. la proposta del luogo è completamente autogestita e quindi mtv/clearchannel non sono coinvolte...
