Wow, I just got back from the show Friday night in Detroit. What a weekend. The show was wonderful. I think it was my favorite so far this tour with the acception of the 9:30 club show in D.C.
Anyways, the crowd was on and so were the boys. Cobo Arena is so old that at one point I stopped moving and could feel the whole building was still moving. In true Detroit style, the fans were Funky and came ready to rock!
The two friends that I cruised in with had a blast--especially since it was both of their first B-Boy show. We all came out blissin'.
I can't explain why I felt it so hard but that was the show that put me into retirement for a while...It was so good in my view that I may be satisfied from tour for a while. I love seein the b-boys live and hope everyone else that went to this show had a ball too.
