That was a pretty cool performance. Shazam was done with Doug E. Fresh beatboxing. It was crazy. Then a small, but funny interview was done as well.

The RRNN performance was ok, i was about to stop recording on the VCR, and then i saw doug e fresh come out......and nearly pissed myself


the shazaam performance was 10 times better!


and the mini-interview was kinda hilarious

the performance was great; i missed the interview though, the musical guests never stay for an interview....damn.

The interview was short but pretty funny. Conan asked about the Amazing Mongrels and they explained about the dog show and the pageant. Conan asked if they ever thought they'd be touring this far into their career. He mentioned something about the Rolling Stones and Yauch said "That's embarrassing". Conan was all like "You mean embarassing for the Rolling Stones?" and Yauch just shrugged. Then Conan said something like "Well, if my job was to make my guests say something they will regret, I think I just did it." Conan started saying his concluding remarks and Horowitz says "You mean that's it?".

It was funny but not typical for the Beasties. I think they were caught off-guard since musical guests hardly ever get interviewed on the late night talk shows. But it was very cool that Conan did interview them.
