Okay here's the ingredients

Chicken (thighs,breasts,whatever you prefer)
penne noodlz
pesto sc.
jamacian jerk sc.
parm cheese
cream
roasted garlik
sundried toms
red peps
bacon with maple syrup infused type deal
It's simple
just throw into a hot pan your roasted garlik, then chicken, rd. peps., sundried toms., bacon(optional), pesto, jerk, cream, a bita parmasen cheese, let the cream reduce with the to the tooth peene noodlz...booyakkaa throw on some more parm. blamo Turn the lights down low and get the table cloth out. Don't forget the garlik bread and wine!!!!!

Yeah, I jerk everything. If you can get your mits on it (it's easy here in nebraska) try jerked buffalo, or jerked venison, or jerked octopus, or jerked shrimp, or even jerked tofu, or a vegetable mix, jerk is the best thing in the world.

I like to add blue cheese... but that is just me.
