so it turned out good. no coconut milk so just peanut curry. I put fresh cabbage, carrots, fresh garlic, ginger root, a little red onion, peanuts, basil, cilantro, sesame seeds, shrimp, served over organic brown rice. I had it with my coffee and some cranberry apple hot tea.. I am enjoying the rest of it while typing and watching "Lean On Me"
Peace, Chef DUBLIRIE :D

yup, the coconut soup on the side is the bomb!!! I was at the detroit b boys show with my friend who is thai and we stopped to visit her mom before we left town and she made homemade Tom Ka Gai (coconut soup) for us. she used the meat and milk from the coconut instead of the easy way--out of the can and it was so freaking good. I almost wanted to stay and move in with her just to learn how to cook more thai. Respect.. :)
