My vote:
Out of Iraq, now.
Corporations revert to non-personhood, now.
Government serves the people, now. Not the other way around.
The media gets into the journalism business – the truth-telling business – or goes out of business, now.
That’s my vote; and my actions will reflect it.
Unlike the Republicans, I won’t try to steal, buy or bury your vote, idea or opinion, if you disagree with me.
But, unlike John Kerry and the Democratic Party, I will fight for my vote, until it’s counted, until it’s heard, or until it hurts.
I think this sentiment pertains to quite a few of us on here. I wouldn't go so far as saying "fuck the democratic party", although i would to Kerry..

I was a little tentative when I first started reading this link, seemed as if it would be more of the same......you know, sore loser BS.
It does make me wonder if Kerry losing may not be the best thing for all involved, if he had won, would we have known about this side of him which concedes so willingly. Bush is running w/o much oversight during a major overhaul of his cabinet.
Liam Scheff's call for voter reform is heard, I am actively getting involved.
"That’s why I was hoping (as I’d been told), that every vote would be counted, and fought for – not hidden in receiptless (but occasionally pre-loaded) hard drives, and barred by a quick revision of the Freedom of Information Act".

Who will rise up and oppose this administration with validity? My guess is it will be, We the People. We've had 3 anti-war demostrations in Seattle since 11/2/04....each getting a little bigger. But we're considered left coast extremists.

"I looked at the guy – blue-blooded, marble mouthed, long-winded, and worst of all – of the opinion that politics is some kind of country club debate with his friends in Washington – and I shuddered."
At long last, some Dems are starting to wake up and smell the coffee.
"The institution of royalty in any form is an insult to the human race."
- Mark Twain, Notebook, 1888
"Unquestionably the person that can get lowest down in cringing before royalty and nobility, and can get most satisfaction out of crawling on his belly before them, is an American. Not all Americans, but when an American does it he makes competition impossible."
- Mark Twain's Notebook
