Why are you linking The National Post?

That shit is pure fascism. The Canadian equivalent to FOX News. (n)

Whats your point American? First you have some post about how we should just sit back and be happy with Bush being re-elected, now you think we should rally behind this war. If only we could understand the logic of Bush and his War in Iraq, our lifes would suddenly become enlightened.

It sounds like he already had this opinion before the war started. Jesus Christ. Also why would I trust anything but good ole American Corporation owned news. Anything else would be un-American.

And as for being unclear with his beliefs and OPINIONS. Yes he has done this many times, how else can you win an argument. With a vauge stance, didn't work for Kerry though.

Also, who said anythng about peaceful Iraqis. Fighting with the wind, and more assumptions I presume.

Through my night-vision goggles I could see he had a black beard and some kind of headdress.

It doesn't get anymore incriminating than this!

couple of vials of sarin. Thats crazy. If only we had the balls to invade all the countries that had a couple of bottles of sarin.
And since we torture Iraqis too, I don't see how we can get pissed for outside people torturing Iraqis. Or Iraqis torturing Iraqis.

One big mess. (y)

The most unfair thing about life is the way it ends. I mean, life is tough. It takes a lot of your time. And what do we get at the end of it? Death! What's that...a bonus? I think the life cycle is backwards. You should die first and get it out of the way. Then you live in an old age home. You get kicked out when you're too young. You get your first gold watch. You go to work. You work forty years or until you're young enough to enjoy your retirement. You do drugs, alcohol - you party. You get ready for High School. You go to Grade School. You go back into the womb spend 9 months floating... and finish off as a orgasm!

you know... in europe your cool when you don't like bush.... (i'm realy cool by the way. ;-) )
i think saddam nor bin laden are people to like but i also think that you should not go against the united nations commity...

yeah, you are the bad guys... well 51% of you are the bad guys... something i can't understand.. why.. did so many people vote bush .. after all the crap he did... mmmh... well i would say that 51% of america are white capitalists with lots of money and no other problem than how to successfully ignore poverty, homosexuals and other "minoritys"

Not to detract from your point (which I agree with)

Bush voters were only 30% of the US voting population.

Only 60% of registered US voters took part in this election, and roughly half of them (50% of 60% = 30%) voted for Bush.

That still leaves 70% who SHOULD have got him out though, so yeah...

You could argue that everyone else who didn't vote are as much to blame as those who voted for Bush. But again that's not 100% of the US, since not everyone can vote.

Today Bush started his rally to get after Iran in a serious way. It's like clockwork with this administration, get in, get the oil, immerse yourself before the opposition can change anything you've started.

NYTimes story (http://www.nytimes.com/2004/11/21/politics/21prexy.html?ex=1258693200&en=ca796c9b3148580f&ei=5089&partner=rssyahoo)

And alot of US voters have real concerns that they voted him in. That count would have started a fight at any poker game I've played. We'll try and reign in him more on his second go around, but shame and humility means nothing to their bidding.
