Hmm. Can you get your hands on any reindeer meat? Cuz the only other Norwegian specialty I know of is something called hakarl, which is shark meat that is put into a hole in the ground and left to putrefy for like a month, then dug up and eaten. Luuuurrrvley. :rolleyes:
