Where is the best place to park the car, preferably not TOO expensive and definitely not somewhere where a scally is likely to put the window through??

Don't park in the MEN itself cos you'll still be there at midnight!

Most of the surrounding areas have secure car parks run by local scallys, usually cost about a fiver

Arena car park is £5.50 for the whole night but might be busy. There is also a Euro Car Park nearby which I think may be slightly cheaper. Otherwise there are plenty of places just off Deansgate or near the Boddies brewery which offer cheapish parking.
