God has no opposite, in that, everything is created by him. Satan is Michael's (the archangel) opposite.

In the beginning, there was God and the angels. Lucifer, who is the morning star, the chief cherub (highest order of angels) was made perfect in among the angels. It was not until inquity was found in Lucifer that he was cast out of heaven to the earth, and then became Satan.

Actually you are correct, there is nothing or no one as powerful. I was pointing out the fact that Lucifer, like everything else, was created by God and so is not equal in any sense to God.
