I just got back home from Brussels.
The show was awesome. I stood in front of the stage at the barriers.
I met a lot of board peeps.
We got a shitload of pics (thanks tpk)
I'll write a full review after I got some sleep.

I was in that video, just after those guys who were dressed like the Beastie Boys and started rapping intergalactic.... :)

It was the best party of my life, I stood about ten metres from the stage in the middle. DId you notice in Super Disco Breakin'? instead of: "and when I'm in Holland I eat the pannenkoeken": "And when I'm in Belgium I eat the pannenkoeken". :p That makes the Beastie Boys so cool.

The intro live movie was very cool, with MMM: "I can't do it tonight guys, I can't do it. Do you think I can do it?" (crowd): YEAHHHHHHH!!!! And then the concert started. Btw, MMM is also intergalactic I must say.

Also that Jazz orchest was really cool and I could use it to catch some breath :D

But there was one thing: why did they translate to French and not to Dutch? And why didn't they interview a single Flemish fan? (this is just whining from a Flemish fan)

To bad they didn't play Girls, Unite and fight for your right. But no show is for everybody perfect, however it came very, very close :) .

I love the Beastie Boys, thank you guys for that "intergalactic" show.

Show was awesome. Vorst National was rocked yesterday. Crowd so high jumped there...I think some people 've got theirs new world records! Any people tried to surfing there,but security very quick stopped it. i don't think that it was really cool,but for fans ,who was there first time it's great act of show :o After first three songs Beasties stopped their concert on 3-4 minutes and Top 10 asked at crowd to be quiet. there re was so hot! I've met there many friends and comrades from mb(Taco Zip, Dr Spock, Senior Stino, TPK, Top 10, Xavito, Rosita and a lot of other people too). Thank You, people, for Yr supports for me there.That's was really nice! Beasties 've played yesterday 4 instrumentals songs(Sabrosa, Ricky's Theme, Lighten' Up, Something's Got to Give)! (y) (y) (y) Money Mark was really cool - he did his stands straightly on keyboard ...
When i'll turn back to my home i'll write my review about this show. Hey,russian in da house! :)

5,5 years ago, smaller and younger ofcourse, i was there to experience what would be the best concert ever, bboys hello nasty in the round tour, but as young as i was, we were too much in the back, and that distance was not good, yesterday, we were right in front of them, aaaaall the way upfront, close, and personal :D we could smell the new yorkness!

And the lord saw it was good, which is an understatement, exillerating and pumped-up with adrenaline, you couldnt even feel the coldness outside afterwards, man, if only you could relive experiences like this, it's worth living for, thank you beastie boys.

I would also like to thank my old and new friends who were there, which made the experience all the much stronger, nostalgy is a truely powerfull thing, ow yeah and i wont ever forget those basses in one of their "accoustic" songs

fantastic gig yesterday, first time i saw the beastie boys perform live and i really enjoyed it :D

something different though.. i saw this great guy, we had a lot of 'eyecontact' but all of a sudden he was gone... i hope that he'll read this and sends me a message
he wore a white t-shirt, baggy jeans and a black hat with a yellow sign on it. he has black hair and very dark brown eyes. he was there with a bunch of friends (i think they were from holland, not sure though) of which there was a girl who got hurt by people pushing her.. she cried, left and came back (she had 2 piercings in her lip).
we stood at the left side of the stage, halfway..
if you are that guy, i'm the girl who stood right behind you, long hair, black t-shirt...
if you aren't that guy but you know who i'm talking about, please tell him to send me a message.

They can boo you all they want, you were the one who MCA passed the mic to :) , and I appreciate you and the security crew calming them down because people were under the squeeze up front! I was the alien mask guy; I noticed your cap had the Top10 on it at the concert!

The change up with Sabrossa and the other songs (verses the rapp'n and scratch'n) and the phat bass lines was very cool - it looked to me like the Beasties were having more fun doing those sets; a little tongue-in-the cheek but still very groov'n

Opening with The Bruhaha made my night, the whole place was rocking. I left the crowd after Sure Shot, it was toooo mental, but luckily i had passes for the pagent pit where i bumped into Tpk.

Talib Kweli was worth the trip alone also,....

Don't realy have other shows too compare with but Man, what atmosphere in there, it was sooo wild. Got a bit of tooth knocked off during Sabotage, but it was worth it. Think this must have been the greatest time I had in my life. Woohoo!

Especially the first three songs, just one big high. Not to say that the rest of the show was any less. I was completly drugged when I came out. Took me about half an hour to touch down again.

Hope they maken a DVD of this show, would be great. Anyway, just gonna watch some of the footage some of you shot. Thank you!

I think i can explain the boooin at top 10's adress i was in the front too and it seemed you were someone from the concerthall because you told us to stop crowdsurfin' (by the way the biggist of hobbies in belgium hehe) and afterwards when you came on the screen with the fake french accent everyone thought it was you -the guy from the concerhall - again
But i know better now and want to appologize for the booers even if i wasnt one of them but that should be cleared the concert was amazing and i'm glad everybody had a good time i jumped like my life depended on it i was high as a kite and had the time of my life

welll it seems they don't play hardcore songs this tour, so that could be the main reason

but i think its great they still look out for their friends and offer them jobs on the tour

it certainly put a cap on one of the best weekends ever, funnily enough the craziest guy there, the one that kept slapping me in the face (it was funny tho cause he was so drunk) when i sang, anyway he was actually the head psychologist.

can you imagine how he runs the hospital? lol, say its more out there than the crowd in brussels.

What a gig, what a weekend, what a shame its over. IT ROCKED!!!
