Nobody writing a review??
Just returned from Munich - it seems that quite a bunch of people there were from Vienna. I just went to Munich for this concert.
The concert was AWESOME (what else to expect), the venue is kinda strange, it looks like a factory hall, but it served the purpose. People were excited and crazy. I think it was sold out. Me and my girlfriend were pretty close to the stage, 2nd or 3rd row. During Talib´s performance the sound of the beats was not very good upfront, thank god it was way better during the beasties although it still could have been better.
From the very beginning all the people were jumping like mad, the zenith doesn't have seating, so around 5000 people all jumping at the same time looks pretty impressive. I liked the setlist, opening with super disco breakin pumped everyone up. Highlight for me was "time to build" as i wanted to request it but didn´t see james - so i didn´t have too much hope.
It really seemed they were having fun on stage, they had fredo running on the stage with a cape during some songs, they crowned mmm with a self made crown and money mark was jumping on the stage during one song.
best moment was when mike d stopped check it out as he always does, made the crowd do the shhhhhhhhhhhhh and finally jumped like 2 meters into the air to 'explode' when mmm dropped the beat again.
to find something negative: to the end the crowd got a bit rowdy (at least upfront where i was), there was some stagediving (beasties stopped once to ask to stop it but didn´t help) and a lot of moshing. it´s always the same discussion, but in my opinion moshing doesn´t make any sense, jumping is way better  . at times it was hard to follow what was going on up on stage because you were too busy with the people around you. beasties should do a song about that - proposed title: GO VERTICAL
altogether an amazing show, my best concert experience ever (and nick cave from some weeks ago was not easy to beat). would love to see some more shows!
