Crockpot Babyback Ribs

These baby back ribs are finger-licking good, ya'll!

1/4 cup spicy chili rub (or just use "Barbecue Seasoning" ;it's easier)
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
4 racks (1 lb each) baby back ribs
1/4 cup favorite barbecue sauce or sweet and sour sauce

Mix spicy blend and brown sugar; rub on ribs. Curl racks, meaty side out; stand upright on thick ends in 5-6-quart slow cooker.

no liquid needed. You can drizzle with bbq sauce as they cook,
but you don't need to be there.

Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours
Remove ribs to cutting board. Let rest for 5 minutes and brush with barbecue or sweet and sour sauce. Serve.
mmmmmm

If you like bbq ribs, you'll like these.

Yes. It's the "Lazy-Folks" way to cook. ;)

yeah, I need me one of those as well. I'm not lazy when it comes to cooking, but during the week with work and all it is damn convenient. Plus also with slow cooking you can use slightly less expensive cuts of meats so it's economical as well.

Also tops for a good hot breakfast on these cold mornings. I remeber growing up my mom would put all the oatmeal stuff in and set it and then in the morning the kitchen would smell all cinnamon-y and everything, and there's be nice piping hot oatmeal ready to go. I miss that. :(
