I just paid for my license plate to be renewed for my pickup, it cost $21.50 per year. Then I recently paid property tax which was around $80. Then I paid insurance around 800 per year (which is for two vehicles). Everytime I turn around something to pay for owning a vehicle.
Is it the same in other countries?

Oh well. Even if I had "won" you wouldn't have been sincere.
