Kentucky Derby Pie
1/2 c butter
3/4 c white sugar
1/2 c all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 T bourbon
3/4 c semisweet chocolate chips
1 c walnuts
1 pie crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread choc. chips & nuts in bottom of pie shell. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Mix in flour. Beat the eggs slightly, & mix into creamed mixture. Stir in bourbon. Pour filling into pie shell (over chips & nuts). Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 min.
