so i have a half pound of this stuff. its the stuff they use when making sausages, but without the casing on it...
any suggestions of what to use it for?
Read "The Jungle" and throw it out.

Also, you could try this:
Get some good quality chicken breasts and pound 'em fairly flat with a tenderising mallet. Take a spoonful of the sausage meat and then roll it up in the chicken breast. Place your rolled chicken breasts in a shallow dish and cover with marinara sauce. Bake at 180C (not sure what that is in F; look it up) for about 30 minutes. Take out and top with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan and whack it back in for another 15 minutes. Serve on a bed of linguine (have some extra sauce on hand too).
