I thought that the contest for camera operators at the MSG show as part of a planned live DVD of the concert, or was I wrong?

Anybody know anything????

hopefully they don't edit out any of the songs, would love to have a full, complete concert on the DVD..

theprocess of editing is the hardest part of any production, relax!

they are sifting through tons of footage from pros and fans alike.

from what i remember, the night of the concert, "Brass Monkey" had to be restarted and "All Lifestyles" was missing a verse or two.

we will see if those (minor) mishaps make it onto the final cut

Editting will be more choosing the best shots than cutting out parts of the show. They probably have audio that recorded directly from the mics and the speakers, as well as some audio of the crowd. Then they sync that with the best shots.

makes them(the songs) even more unique in my opinion, i love it wen they do different things, even wen they fuck up its still class!

The person next to me had a camera. I hadn't been to the board in a couple days so I had no idea what it was about... I would have said hello to the fellow BBMB member... (and possibly dressed in costume and addressed the camera... oh well :o )

Holy Moly----didn't even know it was comin out. I cannot wait. I hope I am in it. I have been lookin for myself at one of their shows for years now. That show was so ill and it need to be preserved on DVD, put in a time capsule and llifted off into space. The bass was so heavy in there that I bet the aliens heard it and want a copy too. Keep me posted on when it will come out. Hellllllllllllll Yeahhhhhhhhh!

The Garden show was fat as hell.D.M.C. and Dougie Fresh make cameos.It was probably the best show I've seen since 87 with them and P.E.
