I reckon you've seen this already, but let's look at this little document and skip to sentence three, which, in my humble opinion, appears to be a freaking sentence fragment. Maybe I'm picky, but that just doesn't feel like a complete sentence.

He's trying to complement sentence two, but he could've instead used a semicolon or colon as a better transition. Your thoughts on this?
