That was shitty, even for your usual blabber (n)
But anyhoo, if this band is new, then why bother listening to it?

because they make fun music that is good for dancing.
'decent days and nights'
'first day'
'robot'
they're alright, quite a quirky band.

Produced by Gang of Four's Mr Gill you can't go wrong.
Meantime is a great song.

'Robot' is a great tune. I didn't really care for the other songs by them I heard though.

The album starts off pretty strong but starts to peter out at about the half-way mark. They're being touted as the alternative for people sick of Franz Ferdinand's hype, but honestly, Franz's songs are way more memorable.

They're more memerable because Franz Ferdinand's songs are crammed down our fucking ears 24/7.
The Futureheads are brilliant. My favourite of theirs is Hounds Of Love, which they're releasing next. It's a cover of Kate Bush, I believe.

Never heard of The Futureheads, or Franz Ferdinand before, so I'm guessing they're new, but I could really care less (On that note, there's nothing wrong with new bands, but why is everybody giving Spanishbomb such a hard time?).
And while I don't care if they're new, I would prefer them being good.

And they're better. But still, the Futureheads have some pretty good songs, too. It's nice to hear ricochets of XTC's sound nowadays. God, I love XTC.

You'll grow to hate me ;)
Personal Maxim: Nothing after '89 (no new bands and no bands that became popular after 89/ bands that represented 90s movements).
