Fun with Ahi

Im making dinner for a friend, * did I mention hes a super hot friend!?*
I just need some good Ideas on how to prepare the Ahi. Usually I just slap on some S & P , and sear it. How can I make it more spunky this time around?

Use some fish seasoning or some chayanne pepper...I usually use peppercorn, but for the most part S&P and sear it...good luck!

get some fancy pepper corns
like white and red
then smash em up or use a peppergrinder
thatll pretty it up

cant you use sesame seeds too?
