It's really good. It's not like any goat cheese you've ever had before, probably. It's got quite a firm texture (you can grill it, actually). It tastes a bit like fresh mozzarella, with a bit of saltiness like feta but not nearly so much. It's very nice. If you've got a decent cheese shop or deli in your area where you can ask to sample it, do.

I love warm goat cheese on a salad. The warm creamy tanginess of it compliments the tart sundried tomatoes and the crispy astringent greens, and I eat it and then just kill myself because it won't get any better.

ever tried quinoa pasta? i've been meaning to. it's great for those on gluten-free diets and such. (not that i am...i just look for protein wherever i can get it.)

I haven't had the quinoa pasta. I like the quinoa so much just as it is, I've just been eating it instead of rice hot, or mixed with some veg cold for a salad.
I like the spelt penne, though. Not a protein but at least a more complex carb than white pasta.

mmmmm yes
But the halloumi isn't like that kind of goat cheese - totally different taste and texture.
