Jerk Sauce?!

anyone out there know how to make a good jerk sauce. i just got back from the beaustiful west indies. it was a week full of jerk chix! soooo good. and i was hoping i could get a good recipe from my fellow chefs.

Oh man....I love this Jamaican Jerk marinade at my local store...but they stopped carrying it. Not everything that says "jerk" on it is good....

I wish I knew some recipies for that shit.
