i made these last night and they were great!! plus it only takes like 10 minutes to cook!

put lots of garlic, a little olive oil, chopped onions, and some chili powder in a frying pan with like 2/3 cup water.

cut pork (i used just the center part of a pork chop) into little square shapes.

cover and cook pork completely
un cover and brown pork on either side.

set pork aside.

butter the outside of a tortilla

in teh same pan used to fry pork play torilla (butter side down) put in lots and lots of cheese (i used the packaged "mexican" with like 5 different cheeses) put pork on top of cheese, and add more cheese. flip tortilla like an omelette cover and cook for about 2 minutes. flip over and cook until cheese is all melty (about 2-3 more minutes)

add salsa (guac and sour cream if you want) and enjoy.
