so i hear shrimp is pretty easy to cook, personally i like simple adding garlic and a few spices to the shrimp while its cooking, it sort of dries up while its cooking and ads intense crunching sounds as you eat ( good ones, not the ones where it sounds like your breaking their bones )
anyone else know any good ways to cook shrimp?

You have to try a Shrimp-BBQ. Mmmh BBBQ.

Zezt of 1 lemon, and 1 lime....
Juice of 1 lemon, and 1 lime....
1/4 cup Teqila, plus a shot or 2 for you..
Salt...
Pepper...
2 pounds of medium shrimp...
Put all ingrediants together, and let marinade for a half hour....
Then skewer and cook on grill.....
Allso cooks good in a pan, but grill just tastes better to me...
PS: dont marinate much more than half an hour... The acids in the lemon and lime will kind of cook the shrimp before you have a chance to....

I love it done Tempura style, but I never cook it that way.....I think it's best just flashed quickly in a little bit of olive oil,lemon,pepper,garlic..mmmmm.....but a long cook is good too...like in a Paella....or cold, with spicy cocktail sauce.....I could never eat a Kosher or Halal diet.....I also like them cajun stlye still in the shell, skinny legs and all, just de-veined...you know, steaming plate, suck the meat out, finger food.....I hate being land locked,I miss the sea, shrimp we get here is already turned....Prawns on a BBQ....oh yeah....
