...yeah. So we're about to start up some recovery groups (substance abuse, co-dependancy, etc.), and I think I came up with kind of an interesting idea for the image, because a big focus of the groups is kind of "enough with re-hashing the past; take action starting now and move forward" kind of thing.

If the basic idea is approved, I'd re-do it, of course, but it seems like a kind of provocative image to me.

Think so?

It seems like it would be pretty effective. There will be words to go along with the picture, no?

Yeah -- some text, and maybe a main slugline like "Wanna stop?" or something like that. I did have text on the stop sign itself, but it looks better without.

Thanks, folks.

It's one of the few ideas I've had in the last couple months that I got kind of stoked about. (y)

good idea, but I think it would be better with a plain stop sign, you know, the kind without the little white panel on the bottom. the little question marks in it detract from the overall image...in my humble opinion.

I hadn't thought of that. It's a good point.

...but now, they're telling me that "stop" is too negative, and they want me to focus on more positive things... a road, a free bird, etc.

e.g. cliché.
