Do any of you fellow americans ever catch the LOCAL fox news (10 o'clock) in your area?

i've noticed that the local station carries Right Wing propaganda stories from thier mother land (Fox news) and run them after the local reporting....
it's called THE POINT commentary.
virtually all of them are anti-democrat/liberal reports.
retarted (http://www.foxrochester.com/rochester_ny/)
serioulsy, watch/read some of those clips...

i don't see any of the other networks trying to slip in editorial pieces.....certainly not on this level.

does anyone else have this shit in thier local area?

My ten year old said it best one day when he caught me watching Fux.
He said, "Dad, watching that will make you stupid."

Fuck yes! (n)

That shit makes Faux News Channel seem legitimate.
I watch The Simpsons reruns daily...and they always show a promo for the local "news" during the commercials. It fucking makes me sick.

"Find out how John Kerry lied and hear from the real heros who where there" type shit during the election.

The day after the Tsunami: "Thousands killed in a tsunami...find out how it could happen here"....um we live in Oklahoma dipshits.

One of my favorites pieces was "BRIDGES OF DEATH"....about old bridges falling apart in our state...none of them actually deadly.

yep, me too...

it's mind boggling how they get away with that kind of "reporting", yet...they claim to be credible news.

and righties claim the media is liberal.

fuck, i have NEVER seen abc, cbs, or nbc try and pull clearly partisan "reports" like that....and ABC is supposed to be conservatively slanted.

I've never heard anything like that on the Tulsa station. But then, I haven't watched the local Fox News in several months.

Oh, they did that on all of the local channels. But Fox definately did it the most.

have you guys heard of the documentary OUTFOXED (http://www.outfoxed.org/) ?

"Documentary on reported Conservative bias of the Rupert Murdoch-owned Fox News Channel (FNC), which promotes itself as "Fair and Balanced". Material includes interviews with former FNC employees and the inter-office memos they provided."
