It does sound tastey!
By natural do you mean you made it yourself by leaving some milk in a bowl on the shelf for a week?

Is that black olive variety just for a short while in the market?
There's loads of different flavoured cottage cheeses here, like chili (http://www.arlafoods.fi/APPL/ED/ed007fin/ED007CFG.NSF/0/5fdd9cd9462a0d5dc1256d1d003c4058/$FILE/keso_chili.jpg), pesto (http://www.arlafoods.fi/APPL/ED/ed007fin/ED007CFG.NSF/0/5fdd9cd9462a0d5dc1256d1d003c4058/$FILE/keso_chili.jpg), new one grilled red pepper (http://www.arlafoods.se/upload/Press/Pressreleasebilder/kesogrillpapr_fri.jpeg) (sounds intriguing), green olives (http://www.arlafoods.fi/APPL/ED/ed007fin/ED007CFG.NSF/0/1e77742ab72fa142c1256d1d003c45b7/$FILE/keso_fetaoliivi.gif), then there's pineapple (used to be my favourite) and some others that I've forgotten. I don't eat them that much anymore, I prefer Finnish cottage cheese cause I know it's low lactose, but there isn't that many shops who have it.
