i know all you weirdo's eat meatless all the time, so you can shove it...

but since its lent, i cant eat meat on fridays. so today for lunch i went to wholeys fish market..

i got: big ass fried fish sandwich, fried mushrooms and coleslaw with some lemon blend to drink

its delicious

what does everyone else do?

my friend used to work at LJS

he said lunchtime during fridays in lent was the ONLY time they were really busy

they make good hushpuppies, but thats it

im eating some of the best lobster bisque that ive ever eaten in my life

well i'm allergic to fish so it's either pasta or pizza.

friday's always pizza night here even when it's not lent. i gave up soda so pizza night isnt as fun during lent. i'm a bit of a diet dr pepper whore.

when i read that yesterday, i had the weirdest mixed emotions.. i was choked up between wanting to laugh and wanting to cry. ask jim. seriously. i was torn between my feelings in the loss of ol red. :(

Yeah, Melanie heard the awful news right as I called her and she was yelling really loud about Bubba. It kinda hurt my ears and I had to calm her down.

Is it just me, or is going the delicious seafood route not really that much of a sacrifice during the lenten season?

Can't eat red meat since it's a friday. Guess I just gotta chew on this here ginormous boiled lobster. Jesus, you'd better remember this day!
