Beastie Boys in SLAM magazine

In this month's issue of SLAM magazine (basketball mag.) the editor notes the different artist/musician interviews of basketball players they have done over the years...one was the NBA basketball player Dennis Scott interviewing the Beasties back in issue #3...just thought i'd put this out there because i was surprised to see it in the mag...

How long ago was that interview?

a long time ago (the original interview with dennis scott), slam magazine is the best b-ball magazine bar none these days, and i'ma big fan...um this month's letter by the editor was the one that mentioned the old interview, but the original interview was back in issue #3 of slam magazine which was probably around 10 years ago, i think they had their 10th anniversary last year so yah, i dunno, you might be able to locate it somehow if you searched the net a lot...i don't have time right now, but when i get the chance, since i don't have a scanner i'll type in the paragraph that included the beasties in the latest issue...it's nothing much but it was still a surprise/cool to see the boys mentioned :)

Slam is a pretty good mag I agree.
